After two months of trying to resolve this issue, Park Avenue Acura in Maywood, NJ has decided to ignore my complaints. If you recall, this was regarding the special financing rate through AHFC that was available, but not given to me so that they can make the $1800 commission from Chase. My salesperson was Anthony "Tony" Franciesca.
I plan to call Acura directly now. Could someone please give me the number to call?
