1. "The Best" - very competitive, everyone thinks they have the best.
2. "Most Expensive" - Whoever charges the most, who knows if that means it is the best? Go back to question '1'.
I am assuming your are talking about after-market lights. If we really knew which was the best, there would not be such a large selection of brands being purchased.
An after-market system is still limited by the lamp housing structure used by a specific vehicle. Within that limitation, many produce very satisfactory after-market systems. |

No magic about the ballast or igniters. It's not rocket science. It bothers some that some electronics are made in Taiwan, etc.
Why I don't know, since they ASSEMBLE some excellent electronics all over asia. It depends on the integrity of the design, choice of components, and level of quality control at point of manufacture.
I like McCullochs because they have integrated circuit protection so it is plug n play with no extra wiring or relays.
Now the proponents of other systems will chime in...so be it...
