after gettin a ride in my friends ML430 and palyin around with his navigation system i found it very useful and i liked it alot. now i am thinkin of installin a navi in my mdx ,but i dont know how or what to do.. .i have the 02 w/ tourin and the roadtrip calculator just isnt working for me... i was thinkin of gettin a kenwood LCD touchscreen and the kenwood naviigation thing...but its a little high in price...is there any shops around md/va/dc area that you guys/gals could recommend? or any ideas that you could recommend? thnx!

The best equivalent to the factory Navi system would be something similar to the following (see link). Not sure on the price, I've seen it for as low as $1000, you install the DVD player under the passenger seat and the LCD screen mount with a felxiable Goose Neck bracket near the shifter.

Being that the oem navi in the MDX is a Alpine why don't you buy a Alpine unit instead
