After looking through all the previous threads on '03 mdx info, I was still wondering:
-If anyone knows if the RES DVD player will play DVD-R or DVD-RW
-If anyone know if you can add another video screen spliced from the RES system
-If anyone has been successful using the navi screen to display the RES signal and/or rear view camera all the time and/or adding a tv tuner
-If anyone recommends some speaker/amp components to replace the crap Bose system with some ease (or an installer with experience in the Sacremento area)

I have the same question myself.
I've talked to several sales people at Accura dealers and none of them can answer this question, if the RES DVD player will play DVD-R, DVD-RW or Video CDs.
One way to find out for sure is to take one of these media to a show room with a RES equipped MDX and try it.
