On a long trip... 1200 miles, Pittsburgh to Florida, Navi worked perfectly, exceeding my expections. In major metropolitan areas, showed street-level detail... in outlying areas, major highways, and intersections. In one instance ( Jacksonville, FL), I had requested DIRECT rout... when I went around the city, leaving I 95 for I 295, it kept telling me to exit, and get back on I 9i5... I changed the routing to EASY, and it was quite "happy" with that.One error, approaching a coastal city, it routed me over a draw bridge which has been replaced with a high level one.... did a dotted line over the water, then back on course... the line was about 1/4 mile from the original route... correct!
Sound system (Bose) is OK... AM/FM CD all work well.... not as good as the system in an older LS 400 I had, but certainly adequate...( at least for my older ears!). |
