| Pierre |
| This is the kind of case that makes laborlitigator salivate as he contemplates the gullibility of jurors and how he can line his pockets..... |

In fact, I once had a case where in a KFC, a woman bit into a piece of chicken and had a nail puncture the lining of her mouth. . .
Suffice to say, they settled. . . but Pierre, your right, I was so looking forward to find out the "gullibility" of jurors. |

Me too..:4: The most ridiculous was this...
Claim: A photograph captured an unlucky tourist posing on the observation deck of a World Trade Center tower seconds before a hijacked airliner smashed into the building
A simple tourist getting himself photographed on the top of the WTC just seconds before the tragedy . . . the camera was found in the rubble!!

I almost fell for that until I remembered the observation deck of the WTC being ENCLOSED....i.e., you observed from the inside. At least that's what I remember from when I took a trip to the top 15 years ago. I don't remember there being a balcony (like the Empire State Building has). Am I right?
Regardless, the power of photoshop. |

For tje WTC obsevation tower, you can go outside. I use to work in the WTC, the observation tower was place we use to always take our clients too.

So much for that theory......I guess I don't remember that because I'm afraid of heights and probably totally ignored the option to actually go outside. Standing against the glass inside to look down was hard enough! |
