Greetings all,
I am currently redoing my sound system (very slowly) and am selling my original Acura CD Changer.
This was purchased from Tim so it is original Acura and not a knockoff.
Tim sells it for around $400 and I won't even mention what the dealer sells it for.
My price is $300 including shipping and it includes the CD Changer, mounting brackets, connector cable, instructions, and (2) Acura CD cartridges - each holds 6 CD's.
This unit mounts under the drivers seat for easy access. You can download the Installation manual from Tim's website, or I can send it to you.
Please PM me if interested. I will accept the best offer but would prefer the $300. You can send me payment or I also take PayPal.
Feel free to ask any questions as well. I will even throw in a couple of mixed CD's (originals, not copies).
I have been on this site for sometime and a friend of Tim's, so I would never screw anyone on a deal.

Well, guess not too many people are interested in an original Acura CD Changer for their MDX's.
My new price is $225 plus shipping (approx $10).

One question--I am not really interested in the changer for the X, but possibly for my Integra...I am assuming it can be hooked up for other Acuras, right? (I am almost completely ignorant when it comes to auto electronics stuff:8: ) |

I am not too sure if the MDX changer is compatible with that of the Integra. ALl basically depends on the connector in the back.
Maybe someone ont is site can enlighten us on the answer to this question...
Will the original Acura CD changer for the MDX fit a 1997 Acura Integra?

May I presume the included cable is the required 14-pin connector? I'm not certain if the 2001 models are exactly similar to the 2003 model head units.
If the other sale doesn't work out, I may be interested as soon as I figure out if the changer will fit/can be installed in the glove compartment.

The unit is not sold yet and is still available. Youc ould always call Tim to find out about compatibility between the 01-02-03 MDX's.
The unit should fit in the glove box since I did see a PlayStation 2 installed in the glove box at a dealer.
I have several people interested but they are trying to find compatibility with this unit and other vehicles such as an integra and pilot.

Hi Mushman,
Is it still for sale?? My Honda Pilot is being delivered next week.
One of the board members on hondapilot.org posted a notice about your CD changer that you are selling. He said it should fit without any problems on the Pilot.

So sorry humanpole. The unit was paid for and I just shipped it out. I had the changer up here for a couple of weeks and a lot of people showed interest and someone just got it first.
I am sure Tim will give you a special deal on one, right Tim...
