___I contacted the vendor of these Acura Neck Pillows as shown here on E-Bay as well as below and he said any AcuraMDX.org member could purchase them at $9.99 ea. w/ $4.00 shipping and handling in a Group Buy of 20 or more. The specific’s from his E-Bay page state the following:- 1 pair of Red, Blue, or Black Acura Neck Pillow’s of your choosing
- High Quality product
- Fit Most vehicle headrests
- Soft comfortable fabric
- Contoured fit
- Size: approximately 22cm x 9cm x 8cm
___They are packaged/shipped in pairs so one $9.99 purchase gets you (2) pillows. I do not know if the $4.00 S&H charge applies for 2 or more pair at this point in time …
___I have never seen the pillows in person myself so I cannot vouch for the quality or MDX headrest fit but they look like a nice accessory addition to me ;) I also asked if he could acquire them in any other color (Beige or Gray in particular) and he said unfortunately, not :( For any questions in regards to the pillows, you can E-Mail Arthur at kalossales@rogers.com directly. He has great feedback from E-Bay so I would not expect any problems.
___You can count me in for 2 pair of black Acura pillows myself. Anyone else interested? Just reply to the thread and hopefully enough will be ordered to make this a go. All purchases will be handled through him.

I ordered a pair from Arthur last week outside from EBay, and I expect receive them next week. I will gladly post pix once they arrive.
By the way, the group by price is his regular price. I paid $14 including shipping and handling as well. I suspect he will not need 20 pair for a group by. |

___As for the GB, I saw most were going for $12 - $13 + shipping after bid on E-Bay so I asked him for a bottom price without bidding on 20 or more. If you picked your pillows up for $10.00 without bidding, we should all be able to purchase at the $9.99 price no matter the quantity. Let me know what kind of correspondence you had with him in either case. 5 down, 15 to go ;)

I saw them on Ebay and put in a bid for $13. I lost that auction, so I emailed the seller, asking if he had any more to sell. He responded that he would sell me one for $10 plus $4 shipping. I sent the money via Paypal and he told me he sent them this past week.
I will gladly post pics and observations upon their arrival next week. |

I received the neck pillows today. They are made of a thin black velour fabric with Acura and the Acura logo embroidered in silver.
In the back, is an adjustible elastic strap to hold the pillow in place.
I think they look good.
Now the bad news, as a result of the shape of the headrest (front) the only place for the pillow to sit is at the bottom of the headrest where it meets the seat. For me (and I am not very tall) this is well below my neck and I actually find it to be a bit cumbersome in this spot (top of my back).
So, for now, I will put them on the rear headrests that vertually never get used and enjoy their appearance. |

I presume the strap can be tightened? If so, and if it holds the pillow to the headrest, why can't you just raise the headrest so the pillow fits your head/neck? |

I have not experimented yet, but because of the shape of the headrest it kept sliding down to the bottom of the headrest.
When I got home, I asked my wife to sit in the passenger's seat and test her side. Since she is shorter, the position of the pillow was good for her. |

Here is a picture of them in my X. I have wedged them between the head rest and the seat back top. I found them to be uncomfortable positioned with headrest all th way down.

I just ordered my black ones. I noticed the seat belt pads and paid the same for sheepskin ones in Pep Boys which happen to match my sheepskin covers very well.
But I think the neck pillows will be a welcome addition. |

| They work quite nicely actually. I do have to move them up slightly to rest the back of my neck on them, but when I do it seems I am positioning my back more correctly, and it seems it would be somewhat less fatiguing on a long drive. It seems to force you into good posture. |
