I use the topsider to change my oil on my MB. It's the best way to drain oil without the mess. I just had my 7500 tune-up and when they had it up the hoist, I noticed that the bottom of the oil pan is quite flat and wide, thus possibly indicating that the dip-stick goes all the way down to the bottom of the pan. Does anyone have a cut-away drawing of the dip stick in relation to the bottom of the oil pan?
I guess another way is to use the topsider and measure how much oil gets sucked out. Thanks for your help. |
