There must be more to it than the exchange rate to knock $5K off the base price. The body looks exactly the same, but this is badged as a Honda, not an Acura (I know, same company). Check the steering wheel - it has the Honda logo in the center.
Also look at the shifter - it's got a silver push button on the right side. It's not a knob like the Acura, but a push-button shifter like what I have on my Honda Accord. Tough to tell what else might be different from the picture (other than the wheel on the right and the side-view mirror attached near the left headlight).
Anyway, I'm not sure this has the same features/accessories/luxuries as the Acuras sold over here based on this limited information from the picture... |

J-MDX price is 4,850,000 YEN = 40417 US$(1$=120YEN). And Expenses (include TAX ...etc) is over 300,000 YEN. , J-MDX is very expensive compare CA & US-MDX. And 1700 set limitation (2003 model). This sale is try for Honda. because Japan is depression now.
A different place(Although it is not all).

I bought CA-MDX. Reason of one , I was yearning after the car of a left-steering drive(Although it is inconvenient in Japan).@I'm very much satisfied.
Japan economy is bad.@Sudden fall of a stock price , Bankruptcy of a company... For iraq war,@High-octane gasoline@prce is 110YEN/L. My wallet knows the reason best. |
