| Check out this preview!!!!!! . I saw some pics that some one took and post them in cardomic.com but I forgot where it was located. The cars are so cool. All the cars are fully moded from top to bottom. The main cars of the moive includes a Mitsubishi Evo VII, Mitsubishi Eclipes spyder, Nissan GTR-34 (if you even heard of it) and a Honda S2000 (pink, really weird). The only car that I seen that is not moded is a yellow 2003 Dodge Viper (the new one). I'm going to see it if I have spare time. The movie starts in June 6. |

You know...The movie was pretty good until I started eyeballing the movie a little closer... Like when they were riding sportsbikes but yet they were using motocross helmets?? WTF!
Or when they were at the huge deserted airport for a race meet and they show the drag races??? A pimped out old JETTA racing against a Mugen powered Honda S2000??? Or a Nissan 200SX racing against a TOYOTA fourth generation SUPRA??? Come on!
This movie has no merit on what really goes on in street racing other than pure fiction on the silver screen...Am disappointed. |

SO do you think this will change in Fast and the Furious 2 :confused: ? I mean, Skylines, S2000, Supra, Eclipes Spyder and EVO 7 race together are quite cool. |

My friend's 200SX produces over 400hp to the wheel and his brother's Golf Hatchback over 325hp to the wheel. Isn't that equivalent to around 500hp at the crank? His 200SX has an imported Silverstar engine from Japan and a laptop inside that controls all functions of the engine. I think the car has about 2 liters, so that is over 200hp per liter. |

YOU CANNOT take a four banger and make it 400HP unless you ported and polish the headers and with some praying ported the cylinder stalls and install larger cylinders and even that you had to do a retro engineering of the ECU to manage the four banger to sustain such compression...Trust me bro...your friend's 200SX DOES NOT PRODUCE over 400HP if this is a fact then paste a DYNO chart for that engine here with the Engine number of your friend's 200SX. |

Yeah I checked out the previews of the F&F 2 and still disappointed...Street RACERS today arent that BOLD...YOU can have all the WINGs, SPOILERS, wheels NICE PAINT AND STICKERS...but if there is SH*T under the hood...then you get SH*T for racing...Its hollywood...or shall I say...HOLLYWEED! they are all smokin..get with the times man...NEONS lights under the car??? HAHAHAH...Flourescent paint??? HAHAHAA Dragster wings??? HAHAAHHA
Street Racing today is ALL about STEALTH baby...I love to pull up in my brothers PLAIN looking Japanese right hand Honda Integra Type R and beat a Porsche 911 or Mustang or any imports with fancy colors and wheels...
So the answer is...F&F 2 is gonna suck! at least to the real street racers and SCCAA racers out there. |

The worst effect of F&F Street Racers One (and Two) is that it encouraged a lot of wannabe ricers. I think a recent thread mentioned "$1,000 car and $3,000 wheels".
Another current thread is "Pet Peeves": kids in shlock rod Hondas with 4 inch exhausts dragging on the ground, cutting through traffic 'cuz they have sports car, man. |

HAHA in Baltimore there are so many "wannabe tuners". I just love it when I drive by them and make the :rolleyes: face at them. They wish they could own the MDX. |

What I want to know is....By putting an exhaust bigger than a cannon on a U.S. Battleship going to improve performance?? I really doubt it...or paint your car or put a rear spoiler that makes an F-18 fighter look timid does not makes your car go faster??? cracks me up...
I do see these guys on the streets trying to zip in and out of traffic..All they are doing is jeopardizing their lives and the lives around them. I mean seriously if you want to race, joine the SCCAA racing clubs and do it on the weekend...You dont see me taking my race bikes on the street and race with it.. |
