| It's been almost one week now without the annoying rattle which I tried to isolate on my own. Thanks to this board, someone suggested I remove my sunglasses from the flip down holder at the headliner. The seat belt gear issue was also brought up. I explored both. So far, the rattle is gone and my MDX is that much more enjoyable. Interestingly, I kept looking for my sunglasses . . in every compartment EXCEPT up above. Easy to forget such a compartment exists. This is a great board. Thanks for the help. Peter |

| I had a similar experience, but a different culprit. A bottled water: when you remove the cap, there's a plastic ring left behind -- you know, the tamper thingy. That thing drove me nuts for a couple of days. |

Don't feel bad, it happens to us all. I'm forever looking for my reading glasses. |

I couldn't figure the squeak out for days! I was worried because I traded in a TL-s that was full of squeaks and rattles and it drove me crazy!! In the end it was the cup holder on the baby seat. |

| One more thing...My first squeak and rattle on the TLs was the sunglass holder that I'd forgotten about! |

At least not yet....
Of course, I've only had the X for about 3 weeks....
However, my 2003 TL has a rattle in the sunroof that is just plain annoying! I need to find the time to drop it off at the dealer....I can't believe a $30k car has rattles in it! |
