I am looking at the Monierlifetile (tile roof) vs. Composition (ashpalt) roofs.
Anyone have any experiences to share?
What the problems most associate with each?
Title does cost more than composition.

I'm assuming the weather has a great influence on the type of tile. I've only seen 1 house here in NY without the asphalt type of roof.

Here are a few items discussed earlier pertaining to a replacement tile roof. They are very popular in the new sub-divisions in Western Oregon. Hopefully the prices will keep coming down as they get more popular.
