it really make me sad and dissapointed by logging to this forum and find out that mdx has so many problems. I myself already experiencing quite a few annoying problems with this car.
I wentt o lexus, bmw, mecedes benz, and none of these forums report as many problems as the mdx.

Rambox, you make quite a general statement. Actually, the MDX is the BEST SUV I have ever owned. Now if you want me to quantify that for you, I can.
Can you give more details. You mix issues that individuals on this board report as your own. Do you mean that you have all the issues that everyone reports? Remember, there are many people on this boards, and only a small majority seem to report issues. More than not, it is with dealerships, but that is no fault of the MDX.
Other forums and owners of other makes complain about issues with their cars, you act as if the world is perfect except for the MDX.
If you are so ashamed, I am sincerely telling you to trade in the car as opposed to being bitter. Would you stay with a girlfriend that you was not happy with? Otherwise, the issues aren't that bad are they? Get the most you can for it now....

When I purchased my '03 MDX I was hoping it would be the most dependable, best vehicle I've ever owned. This is truly the SUV I wanted after looking at the BMW X5, MB ML320, and the Lexus RX. I just spent my Saturday morning dropping off a rental car and picking up my MDX back from the dealer (I had dropped it off Monday morning). This time around they replaced:
1-17371-SOX-A02 VALUE, TWO-WAY
1-17012-SOX-A01 VALUE SET
1-36162-RCA-A01 VALUE, PUR CONT SOL
1-17315-S3V-A01 MODULE ASSY
This is also the second time in for the same problem (spent a week at the dealer in February). I'm hoping this time it's fixed for good.
The good news is that since they fixed my front seat from moving around and the sun visors from popping out those items are fine.
In defense of Honda, this is my fourth new Honda product and I've had great luck in the past.
I know how defensive everyone is of their MDX, it's just a little frustrating to those of us that have had problems. Believe me, we didn't by this vehicle so we could post negative comments on this board. The majority of MDX owner's couldn't be happier with their purchase, those of us with problems are just trying to get to that point.
Thanks to everyone it's a great board with a wealth of knowledge. |

Believe me Joe we know not every car is perfect including the MDX. We acknowledge the problems and have a database where you can look and report the prob to your dealer but this so called MDX "owner" has register 2 time 3 with other names and all has done has bashed MDX never reported his problems. It is as if he registered with the intent to start flame wars, it is tiring at best. I tried to be diplomatic and bury the hatchet but he continued his abusive behavior and it is tiring all the user's patience. Im locking this thread because it really serves no usefully purpose. Obviously this "rambox" has started nothing but flame bait in our forums |
