| How long was it before you received your Dealer Satisfaction Survey? It has been over a month now and I have not heard from Acura. I called their Acura Care hotline and was told that it was a random survey and not all new MDX owners receive them. I wondering if they only want to receive positive responses for advertising purposes? I have been told that the dealers can exclude you from a survey if they think that they will receive less than a perfect score. One way they do this is to submit a invalid phone number so that you can not be contacted. Can anyone shed some light on this matter? |
