So,...... How do we insert our photos?

I would love to participate. The A site can definitely outperform the H site.

You go to "Attach file" (above summit reply) and you browse your picture, but it's only one at a time so you have to do this many times if you want to attach all the pics. I have a question to other people, how can you attach multiple pics  ? And I'm very sorry you guys, I don't have a digi cam so I couldn't take any pics of my X :( and my scanner is busted :o
JMT2003
Take your ordinary film to a one-hour photo shop and have them put your images on disk.

This method provides very high quality pics.

Here's one I took last week. I had a painted front deflector and chrome wheels installed this week but no pics as it's monsoon season :3: and it won't stop raining here in the DC area. I have been waiting a week to apply the Zaino I ordered.

Finally got it cleaned today. Just had the Front delfector installed last Saturday and the wheels installed Thursday.

The chrome steps were part of Tim's group buy and an DIY install.

Other pics can be found at Darkhelmet's MDX

Thanks

Local Truck accessories store called Capworld. Not sure what you have in your area but it's a step above Autozone, Trak Auto, and Pep boys but not a Car High Performance shop.

The deflector itself is a Lund, the avenger model I think, ordered in a clear color and they then get the paint code and have it painted. Somewhat like the clear formfit that Tims sells but no mounting hardware in visible.

Now if I could only find someone to paint the Mudguard.

Darkhelmet,
Is the top side or the underside of the clear deflector painted?

I'd love to paint the underside, but it means you have to color coat without any primer.

Did your painter figure out a way to paint the underside?

Sweet Darkhelmet and FireBlade6!

I took this pic with my cousins digital camera when we were in White Rock yesterday. Sorry, it's a bit burly because I have to zoom it to the max (because the car was far away from me)

No primer

Not sure how they did it but there is no primer and the color is perfect. They sell alot of this but they do not do the work them self. The paint has a 2 year warranty, so I figured what the heck. They even offered to paint the ventvisors if I wanted them.

darkhelmet,

Forgive me, but I just noticed the painted front deflector on your MDX pic. It really looks great. The color match is perfect. Now that is what I call a "stealth" installation.:29:BTW, the rooftop basketball court mod. is not bad either.;)

Thanks...Wanted something different and the deflector seemed to be the trick. Wife is still iffy on it yet but she is getting use to it.

The Basketbal court mod was tricky, also I haven't figured out how to minimize the "traveling" calls  :2:

Spring weather must be nice. It's been over 100 here for three days, too hot to do anything but lay around and stay cool, or better yet, drive the X around and stay cool :2:

Congratulations Warzau, you are blessed with a very lovely family.
Your X is enough to put the rest of us to shame. You Zaino, right?
Warzau
Wanna know the truth....I haven wax since I bought is. I just wash with some armor all car wash, doesnt strip wax, which Im sure its gone anyhow. And chamois it dry.
greatscot
Wow, thats amazing. I've been washing with a car wash product the dealer gave me, then using a chamois to dry also. I just got Griot's Starter kit and wanted try that last weekend but it was hotter than blazes here. Might try this weekend if it cools a bit, say down to the 90's.
