Not yet.. but you can have the black ones powder coated or chromed... search the site with the word powder and you should find some info on this.

Yes, search is your friend! There's a lot of this stuff covered in prevous threads that have normally "scrolled off" the standard settings.

Hello, someone posted a site which now sells silver sidesteps for the MDX. Looks pretty slick (ones on the other SUVs as they do not have a pic up for MDX yet) and the price is very attractive. Awaiting feedback from DMor to see if it is good quality and fit. If so, possible candidate for a group buy idea.

Thanks for posting the pictures. Your MDX really looked sharp with those powder coated sidesteps!! But at the price you paid, I won't be able to justify it. The Manik silver sidestep looks like the ticket if DMor's works out.

I agree... at $700+ it's pretty steep... a group buy may help a lot if the Manik's don't work out.
Regards.

what do you guys think about doing the same to a set of running boards?
not exactly the part you step on, but the rest of it (sides)
i think the running boards are plastic, but what do you guys think?
thanks in advance |

The running boards actually have a layer of rubber that wraps from the top stepping surface all the way to the bottom. The only thing you can do is have them paint with a lot of flex.
