Rumor has it that admin jr. arrived in the past couple of days. This being #2 for admin (older sister, new brudder).

Ah, thanks worm for pointing this thread out.
Yes indeed, the rumors are true. We had a baby boy - Thomas J.
And a little story. So my wife wakes me up at around 5 a.m., says we have to go. I replied "No you don't". Now you may think: "why were you so negative about having a baby". Well, I wasn't negative at all, but she wasn't supposed to have the baby on that particular day. Any day was fine, but not that one. Why? Because it was our daughter's birthday, that's why!!!
Anyways, I still had some hope. I had a dual feeling. On one hand I was hoping for a fast delivery, on the other, if it would drag out for a day (or two as with our youngest), that would be fix the birthday problem.
I lost hope at about 9 am, when the baby was out and about. There was no way back. Oh well, at least we'll be saving on cakes and clowns :D

How neat, Admin!
At least with the double birthday, there won't be any "compromise" day celebration as there would be if they were a few days apart. No family members will be confused, and you'll save $$$. I'm envious of your set up! Will you post a photo so the mommies around these boards can get all maternal? ;) |
