I want to replace the OEM headunit with a receiver that does regular radio, mp3, and dvd all in a single head unit.
There's several out there, but I was wondering if any of them
would fit the MDX. I hate to have them separate.
I basically want to have the ID tags text show up on the receiver,
so just adding a dvd player isn't going to do that, nor do I like the idea of having a separate adapter sticking out somewhere on the dashboard. |

It is the latest in multimedia units, and one I would love to get my hands on if budget permitted. Does DVD, CD, MP3, XM radio, CD Changer controller, has the best LCD screen in the business with 1.15 million pixels and built in power of 50 w X 4...it controls front and rear aux A/V zones, and has built in rear camera input...
I really think they have thought of everything with this unit...except maybe affordibility....

It mounts ina standard single din opening, so you would need to get a a faceplate made..but that is not too difficult....

| I'm not interested in the monitor that comes from the head unit, the monitor will be either in the headrest or on top near the sun roof. |
