It's been a little over three months since I took delivery. Never received a "survey", even thought the dealership pestered the hell out of me to give them a "5". I've heard from others that if they think you won't give them a good review, you don't get a survey, but that seems unlikely. I would presume that it is AHS that originates the survey based on ownership info.
Did anyone else not receive one? For those that did, how long did it take before you received it? |

Maybe I am confused. I thought it was a written survery---not a phone survey. I did receive two voicemail messages from a guy saying he was from the dealer, checking to see if everything was ok, etc. (it was not ok and I was hoping to get the chance to dump on the dealer in a detailed written survey when it was received). |

I received my phone survey within two weeks. It came from an American Honda/Acura call center. I never received a written survey like I did with my TL.
It's been 2.5 months. |
