| I think if you have the pics hosted on another server, you can post multiple ones here my using the [IMG] codes. But, if you are uploading straight to this server, then you can only upload one pic at a time. That's how I understand it. |

Yes... the picture must be on the Internet. If the picture is on your camera, you will not be able to link to it... unless you are privy to some sort of technology I don't know about...;) |

Guys, you can upload a pic from your camera to this site, but you have to first download the pic from your camera to your hard drive. Then, when you are writing your message, see below the text box and click on the "Browse" button under attach. You then have to look for your pic, so remember where you put it on your hard drive. Then you double click on the pick you want and it is attached. Then submit your post.
Word of warning, though, if your pic is too big, the server might not accept it. If this happens, you should shrink your pic on your hard drive. In fact, you really should shrink them anyway, at least to 640X480 as common internet courtesy! ;)
So, you guys have given me a perfect excuse to demonstrate, so here it is!!!! :D |

| [IMG] code is OFF on this forum as part of the forum rules. Maybe too many images in the past have been uploaded. Limiting image space is a method used to prevent overloading the server. |

The thread posed the question of posting multiple images at one time, (assuming the gross size of the files did not exceed the file size limits). I still don't see any way to do that unless one merged multiple images in one file. Sure would save time if one could post say 2 or 3 small images without having to do multiples replies. |

To have multiple images in a single post, use the IMG tag (with brackets) as someone (or two) mentioned above. The images must be hosted elsewhere, if that's the case.
Otherwise, you can attach a SINGLE pic per post. Just reply to your own posts to add additionals. Size limit is 100k per pic in this case. Use IRFANVIEW or another application to resize appropriately.
In either case, pics should not be larger than 640x480 to avoid horizontal scrolling (bad manners).
Most of the forums have IMG and pic uploads enabled. |

I figured a way to do multi image posts. I used Adobe Elements and "stitched" the example images together, leaving a space. Saved it as one file. Here are two from a previous post. I could do four or more, but must keep reducing the image size to keep within the 102400 byte limit for attachments. |

Here it is with 6 images (note: for the example, I used the same images--three of the previous post example. I could just as easily, however, used any image.) |

| Off on a tangient . . . its entertaining to see how much alike we are on this forum, I also have a case of water in my garage right now. Anyway, I usually resize my pics while the memory stick is still in the camera, then save them to the hard drive, then post from there. |
