Does any one know how you can tell if the alarm was tripped,
besides there being broken glass all over the place.
I am use to seeing some sort of visual or audible indications with aftermarket alarms.

| i used to work at an alarm and stereo installation center. on factory alarms there is no way to know, except for broken glass and scratches. sorry to hear about it at least the cars not gone |

| MDX-B, sorry to hear about the break-in. There was a previous thread regarding the factory alarm. There is no glass breakage sensor in factory alarm. So someone can break your windows, reach in and take what they want. However, if they open the door, then the alarm will go off. |
