Navi question - AC/INFO screen freezes - Click HERE for Original Thread

Has anybody experienced this? It happened twice already. I have yet to back-track and document the sequence, but the last time, as I remember:
1. Accessed set-up and turned-down the voice volume
2. Then the screen suddenly freezes. The touch-screen feature wouldn't work on any of the display options (e.g., AC on/off, etc)
3. I had to turn-off ignition and restart vehicle for the screen to function properly again.

Any feedback appreciated.

When you access the setup screen, the system runs a set of diagnostics. If you hit certain key sequences a certain way, it takes a minute for the computer to go through the sequence and therefore creates a moment of "hanging". If it happens again, let it sit for a minute or two and see if it comes back. If not, then you might take it to the dealer. Although they might question you being in the setup menu and blaming it on that. Who knows. Good luck
