| Maybe I am just too picky, but I'd love to get an extended test drive with this vehicle. I know this isn't Chevy that we are talking about, but is it possible to either rent an MDX or get one for an extended test drive? Thanks. Didn't see anything in the archives. |

Does not appear to be a company policy. Maybe a generous dealer willing to give up his 'ride' for one night. |

I was afraid of that...thanks. I think what I'll have to do is just tell my dealer that I need to hit some different roads with the vehicle and will need about an hour or so of his time. I'll try to get him at a time convenient to him (like a.m. weekday when it is quiet). Last time I even thought of doing something like this, the rep thought he was entitled to a $3000 comission. Yep, BMW. I ended up buying at another dealer. |

| I just asked my dealer and they let me pick one up at 5:00 PM on Friday and return it Saturday morning at 9:00. I was able to try it on many different road types, try parking it, and even made sure it would fit in the garage. It made me feel much more comfortable about buying a vehicle that was larger than my RX300. |

Thanks, though. That's what I was looking for. That's one expensive test drive.
For a full day of test driving, $125 isn't that bad considering the vehicle in question is $40,000 approx. Before I bought my 01 Vette, I rented a similar one for the day ($275) and it was well worth it. |

| I know that some high-end dealers (corvette, jaguar) will offer the overnight test drive if you have outstanding credit. however, this probably won't apply to 'Acura' dealerships. |
