I did.

And, after having driven one for a month or two, I would again.

I'll wait until I use my '02 for awhile

Hi Ackick:

___Welcome to the forums.

___If I were looking for an X today, I would hold off until the 04 becomes available. I voted "no" but it wasn’t because I wouldn’t own another X. That is far from the truth. Even if the 04’s have no changes vs. the 03’s, the 04 will be worth far more down the road at trade in/resale time than the minimal amount Acura will raise the price over the 03’s if any!

___Good Luck

Hey thanks!

Yeah, i'm planning to get a X but still deciding.....I wanted to find out from everyone here if they are happy/unhappy with their MDX.

I heard that by the end of 2004....Acura is coming out with a brand new redesign MDX. Is that true?

Hi Akick:

___That is what I have heard in the forum. Just remember Honda/Acura is about the tightest lipped company around when it comes to upcoming new designs or features for some reason? Just don’t hold your breath is about all I can add ;)

___Good Luck

Assuming that I did not have my '02, or that it was stolen or totaled in an accident, I would absolutely w/out a doubt get another new MDX. Wouldn't wait for the '04 if I can get what I want at the price I want right now. If only I knew back then what I know now . . . (sigh)

I did! :4:

Yes I would do it again without question. In spite of rumors etc I wouldn't expect too many changes in 04 after the fairly significant changes in 03. Honda/Acura are very conservative and don't move like greyhounds.

I did, traded an 01 X for the 03!:1:

I did and I would buy one if I don't have one, but I could wait for the 04 model.

Voted no, I already have an 02. If I did not own an 02 the answer would be a definate yes.

I'm not sure what you are asking for in this poll? Are you wondering if current owners like their MDX's enough to consider buying another when purchasing a new vehicle? If so a strong yes here.
DEZRVIT
Did, and would buy another.

Of course, I haven't heard that from my dealer, but my dealer says that he doesn't know, either. Sounds more likely that there won't be a big change in the '04 at all. And if there were a redo, there is a decent chance that I might not like it in this day and age. Why would there be a redo now? What's the target? Is it Lexus or is it Infiniti with the FX? If Acura/Honda leaned towards the FX exterior styling, personally I'd want the current MDX. I also tended to like the RX300 over the RX330. I am probably just conservative in styling tastes.

I voted "yes," and I don't even own the MDX, but since I may be pulling the trigger on one soon, I went ahead and voted. :D

This poll is very vague. Most of us already own an MDX. "No," I would not buy a 2003 MDX seeing as I already have a 2002 MDX. The truth is I am very happy with the one I have now.

2005 looks like the year for a new redesign on the MDX. It would probably be out in the fall of 2004.

Q: Would you be willing to wait that long to buy an MDX?

So as not to skew the results, I didn't vote in the poll. Would I buy another MDX? Heck, YES!!!! But, since my '01 just turned 2 years old, and I tend to keep cars for at least eight years, more likely ten (and a couple have gone fourteen), thinking of a re-up at this stage doesn't make sense. Granted, I do have three cars at any given time (hers, mine, and a spare), so they do rotate through to a new one every five-to-seven years.

Let me just clarify the question......

I wanted to find out from this poll if current owners like their MDX's enough to consider buying another MDX when purchasing a new vehicle.

Any Pros and Cons about this vehicle?

Well I voted before you clarified - and voted NO. Its too soon to replace our MDX. However if I HAD to replace it today - YES I would get another MDX (we currently require seating for 7).

However I have two in college now and in the not too distant future will no longer require seating for 7. In that case I am not sure what we would buy - I am very intrigued by the new Sport SUVs such as the FX45 and the Porche Cayenne (Lexus HPX concept).
