I just installed the 2003 headrests on my 2002 MDX. (Purchased from Tim at Hondacura world). I wasn't really expecting a big difference, but I am pleased to report that they are a noticeable improvement over the 2002 version. They are plusher and have more forward incline than the originals so they sit much closer to the back of your head (almost 1.5" closer). The color match is perfect.
Moving the original headrests to the rear seat got two "thumbs-up" from my teenagers as they provide more support area than the small second/third row headrests.

| I just wish that Acura would get on the ball and install headrests front and back that are adjustable forward and backward, like BMW, Cadillac, Buick, Mercedes, Lexus... |
