After pressing OK on the disclaimer screen and bringing up the NAV menu I press the A/C/Info button and then go into the Trip Computer the "previous" button is not enabled. I looked at the NAV manual that came with the MDX and it says that if I by-passed the disclaimer screen then the previous button on the Trip Computer screen would be disabled.

I did not by-pass the disclaimer, yet the button is still disabled. Has anyone else had this issue? I can still press the cancel button to get around this but I would think that the "previous" button should work?

No problems here, you could try calling the Navigation customer assistance number and ask them.

Good luck.

The previous button will not work if there is nothing in the history.

Do you have the "auto reset on fillup" enabled? If yes, then the system should make an entry in the history table on every fillup. If not, then there is nothing being put into the history (thus previous will not work).

We are having a problem with our X where the "auto reset on fillup" turns itself off and the clears the history. When this happens, the previous button does not work (e.g. no history!!).

Hope this is of some value ... good luck.

I've had the same problem with my nav where the auto reset on fillup button turns itself off. I've complained to the dealer a couple of times and they say that they've run a diagnostic and nothing turns up. It sure drives me nuts.

Thanks SRPBEP,

I bet that is it as I think the "auto reset on fillup" is set to off (or manual). I will give it a try.

Good luck ... please let us know what you find

sprbep - I have not had to fill up the new X yet. I expect that my first fillup will be this weekend. I will let you know next week if that was it (my auto reset on fillup was off - I did turn it on).

Thanks again!!

Filled the X today and now the previous button works. Makes sense that it would not have prior to the fill up as there would not have been any previous data.

Thanks again!
