If Acura's Life cycle is 4.5 Years, then we can expect new MDX in Spring 05. Same as the New ML though.. wonder how they compare then.

They're doing so well with this model, why mess around with it.

There will ALWAYS be a better vehicle next year. Buy now; Enjoy now. Drive it like it's stolen. Love your kids. Vote your conscience, not your passion. Pray for peace. Think before posting; post without haste and without malice. If you're not passing, get the hell out of the left lane. Give something away tomorrow and make a stranger who's done you a little service unexpectedly happy in return. If someone's done you a bad deed, don't stop and fight them to fix them; sometimes the best thing for both of you is to just move onward. Have a nice day.

Yeah, I know, and it's not really my own brain speaking.......just stuck down here in Tampa (basically the face of the sun) and getting kinda punchy. Driving a stinking rental Malibu while MDX is in the airport parking lot back home.

One reason would be buyers like me. I would not buy another MDX that did not at least have some changes in appearance. Not that anything is wrong with the way it looks. It's just that when I purchase a new one I want it to looks somewhat different.

That is if I buy another Acura. With the navigation upgrade situation that is questionable.

But what says that Acura's life cycle is 4.5 years?

The last-generation Integra lasted a whopping 8 model years before it was replaced by the RSX.

The MDX is a more costly and complex vehicle and its product cycle may be longer than, say, a TL. We may not even see a new MDX until a year after the current Honda Odyssey is redesigned.

Been there, done that. One of those times you think if the earth was a cube you are stashed away in one of the corners.

Doubt Acura will keep MDX for that long, since the New RX330 is out with all this cool and new technology. Plus people like us keeps screaming
for HID, Side Curtain Airbag, and more HP (FX 35 got 280, FX 45 315hp).

Cool words - great thought for the day. Keeps it all in perspective. In buying anything (cars, computers, etc), you can always wait just a little longer to get the next best gadget/add-on/improvement. If you like it, take the plunge, buy it now and worry about later... later.
