| My MDX might be taking a beating :-\. A few mo. ago this damn limo driver suddenly stopped during traffic and the front of my MDX hit it's rear. That made scratches on the nose and a little on the left side. It really chipped the paint. Then about 3days ago my dad backed up the MDX into a stupid metal garbage can in a freakin parking space when I took the pictures for my MDX. Now there's chipped a little bit of chipped paint in the back; we applied the paint Acura gave us on everything that gets chipped. I hate dents and paint-chipping; I would buy those body mouldings that u put on the side rears but that looks a little cheesy... |

I think you pay a little for the aesthetic value. Like those lens protectors some SUVs have. They don't look so hot but if a tree limb or a rock gets in the way, at least you won't be spending big money replacing the head light or tail light.
You'll need to make that decision yourself whether it's worth it or not to be putting it on.
