Has this "feature" EVER been solved? I searched and didn't find much.

I'm referring to the phenomenon whereby if you roll down the driver's window when the car is wet, the inside of the window will then be wet when you roll the window up, leaving nice streaks on the window when it dries.

Of course, when I mentioned this to my service advisor last year, they had never heard of this problem.

I don't remember it being solved, no problem here.

Yeah, mine's a 2002 .. which brings up the question - if they "fixed' the 2003, can the solution be applied to my 2002?

Pretty lame for a $40k car.

Nope, my inside windows look awful after a car wash, rain, etc. and it's 2003. It hasn't been fixed and the dealer said it was "normal"

If the Honda Pilot was available when I bought my car, I would have purchased that instead and saved $$$. I'm less than impressed with the finish and ergonomics of this $40k vehicle.

So - everyone has decided to live with this "feature"? I can't believe that a fix couldn't be engineered if Acura cared to deal with the problem.

Am I missing something here?

You're not missing anything, this is completely unacceptable and should be addressed by Acura immediately.

Got to love it - decided I would call my dealer today (Aug 19, 2003) before calling Acura - service advisor said I'm still the only one who has ever mentioned this problem. This boggles my mind - do other people have this problem and not get annoyed by it?

Time to call 1-800-382-2238 ....
