Hey Guys,

I am looking to install the DVD/Navi conversion kit on my X. I have been reading some of the threads and can't make up my mind on Sam's device or Ron's. Anyone who has either install if u can please let me know how it is working. Any problems or anything that can help me make up my mind. Looking to purchase within the next month along with TV's in the headrests. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Both units are very well built. The advantage to Sam's unit is it is plug and play and has a built in TV tuner. I'm not exactly sure what comes with his package, but I know he also has a few upgrades available.

My unit is just a composite to RGB decoder which does require tapping into 4 factory wires. It comes with the blitz adapter for audio, connectors, switch, install instructions.

We haven't had any problems, and I haven't heard any problems with Sam's unit either, so I'd say you're pretty much safe with either one you decide :)

Ron I assume you could install either kit?? I'm getting closer to calling you for a full modification to my 2002 MDX. I'm almost there and will definetly use your services.
