Many of you users have other cars than your MDX. I've owned a '94 Toyota 4Runner. What do you guys have?

Love the new Tl, I'd like one too!

I have a Toyota Sequoia. I love it. Great ride and lots of room. It has a real third row (plenty of room) and uses regular unleaded gas!

I have a 97 CL and a 99 Jeep Cherokee.

As soon as the Jeep sells I am going on the list for a new 04 TL!

I guess I have a serious addiction to cars and some tree-huggers in the PNW say that I consume far more than is warranted on this earth, but I also have a 2003 330i, which I use as much as possible, and 1995 Acura Integra, which I use for work when I either have to make road-trips or many stops in the community. The MDX will largely be for my wife, but I am sure that I will get much use out of it myself. :D

Per my sig, '92 Saab Turbo Convertible. Considering upgrades, nothing forcing me yet. New '04 Saab 9-3 I will look at (?value at $45K), VW Turbo Bug I will look at (great value, ?too girly), Lexus SC 430 I will look at (?value, ?girly, ?2 seater vs. true 4 seater), Audi A4(?trunk space, ?old fartish), BMW 3xx convertible(?plastic rear window, ?too common, ?does nothing for me), ?Toyota Solara (?too plain, ?Toyota), ?Chrysler Sebring (?too bland), ?Mini Cooper convertible (?too small, too boxy), ?Miata (too small), ?Mercedes CLK (too expensive).

All in all, nothing to drive me out of my 10+ year old convertible. Would love to see a true 4 seater convertible, windshield verticle (not sloped > 45 degrees, limiting headroom and feeling of open air convertible). Mercedes less $25K? Make mo' money, get Mercedes?

2 Honda family...

03 SBP Touring for my wife

02 Accord EX 5-spd sedan for me

Would like to add an 04/05 S2K or Mini Cooper S to the mix soon!!! :2:

My sig says it all for now. But if I had my way.....a 2005 Infiniti G35 coupe 6 speed would be in my garage also. I love my X, mostly wife's car though. The Camry is too damn reliable to get rid of, and my Caddy is too damn cool to sell.

The MDX uses regular gas also. Don't believe me? Try it (and do a search on "octane" in this forum). And all of us (in the US, at least) have to use unleaded, thanks to good ol' Uncle Sam.

My other vehicle is also an Acura. So far so good with both of them and outstanding service. :D

Nice! :29: As you can see from my sig., I'm a Volvo man myself, and the S60 is a nice car. I like. Considered one when I got the MDX, but I liked the size of the Acura a lot. I'm 6'3" and just don't do to well on LOOONG trips (of which I take many...) in small cars. But, I love driving the S70 GLT SE around town, and when it goes an S60 might be in my future...

That being said, I also LOVE my MDX, and will get another Acura in a second.

I think Volvo and Acura are the two brands for me... ;) Had mostly good luck with both! Only one exception... '99 S70 AWD. It didn't last long!

Wife and I share all three cars.
BlueStreak
Wife drives a 94 Accord EX Sedan with 160+k and still going strong. Teenage daughter soon to get this and the wife will get either a TL or an RL. I'd like the RL but I want to be certain the SH-AWD is holding up first.

Mr. BlueStreak has the X as his daily driver but the Navy Blue Metallic Corvette Convertible comes out when the weather is great. Can't consider the Cessna Shyhawk since it's not a car....

Lots of Volvo owners here (or ex-owners like me). We should start a new thread call "Volvo owners chat" so we can discuss the problems we have in our cars

My Integra GSR is still going strong after 192K miles.. two clutches, but heck!.. the build quality and how well the integra runs had a lot to do with why we got the MDX over others.

As just a Volvo owner, or one with problems?

Just curious because your S80 is of such recent vintage.
Dr. Ken
See below. Technically, the Honda is my other car and the X is my wife's car. I would gladly switch, but she will have none of it. However, when we drive together, it is in the X and I ALWAYS drive (mainly because I get very nervous when she drives, or is it because I have to be in control?)

Just sold my Lexus IS300 and got an Infiniti G35! Love em both!

I answered Honda, but its one of those hondas with the wings on the logo. :2:

TriumphDriver
Wife has 2003 Mercedes 240C (great car thus far)

2004 Triumph Thruxton (weekend motorcycle)
2002 BMW K1200LTC (touring motorcycle)

I know, I know. These are not "other cars" but my motorcycles are my passion. I spend my vacations touring America on my motorcycle, not stuck in a "cage".

See listing below. Additionally Hubster has just added a Buell x1 Lightening to the mix. Definitely HIS!

Definately some sweet rides on here. Liberty, congrats to the hubby on the Buell, awesome bikes. I am normally not one to buy domestic, especially Genital Motors, but the new toy was a must have. A good friend sold me his 1991 GMC Syclone. It is in desperite need of restoration, but I need a project anyway. It is #2973 of 2997 built in 91. There were only around 3000 ever built. Hopefully it will look like this when it is finished:D
