| My dealer installed black ss on my silver x, but I could switch to chrome ss, should I have chrome? Which one looks better w/ Silver X? |

I had the same debate. I ended up going with the black on my SS mdx. They look great. I was worried that if I went with the chrome that it would not look too nice after a while as I knew I would not keep up with the polishing. I also live in a climate where lots of sand and salt gets dumped on the roads in the winter. I was concerned that the chrome would be pitted after a short time.
Good luck. Let us know what you end up doing. |

| They both would look good but if I had a silver I would stick with the black. On the Silver MDX the contrast of the black steps, black Formfit deflector, black rear deflector, and the black roof rack create a great looking MDX IMHO. |

| Stay with the black steps. Chrome is better for dark body colors. |

| I thinks its all in a matter of personal, I myself like the contrast of the sillver and black too. It's up to you. |

| I have chrome on my NBP, but think black sidesteps would compliment your Silver well. |

Here is my TW with chrome. I like how it compliments the doorhandles and wheels. |
