I have a manus1908 Custom Air Intake installed on my MDX. It was a relatively low-cost mod that does improve driveablity. Please keep things in perspective, the CAI will not create massive amounts of new horsepower. That being said, it works for me:29:

| Was interested at one time, read on a thread that they increase engine noise a bit. The wife (primary driver) didn't seem to interested in that, nor I, so I nixed the idea. |

Not to worry. The CAI makes a nice air sucking sound at idle. Once you are underway, there is no perceptible sound to speak of. Your engine revs and exhaust will be louder than the CAI.:4: |
