Anyone here use Costco (AMEX) for auto insurance? They have some excellent rates, however, I am curious about their claims process.

I just switched to it last month!!!
They gave me the best rate that I can found for both Home and Auto compares with other insurance companies. |

Had this Ins. for approx. 1 year now. I too was curious about their claims handling until we made one claim on it when we had damage done from an attempted car theft on the '01 Integra. Amex Ins. worked hand in glove w/ the Acura dealer and repairs were complete w/in a week. Still with the same Ins. :29: |
