I was looking at the Acura website to build to order a 2004 MDX and I noticed that under STANDARD EQUIPMENT - 2004 MDX WITH TOURING PACKAGE
EXTERIOR FEATURES the first item is Body-colored door handles. Is this new for 2004?

| My 03 Touring door handles are chrome colored. I like them much better than color matched which is the standard for the Pilot. |

The spec sheet on acura.com says door handles are body colored instead of chrome but every pic I've seen of the 2004 show chrome handles.
Another mis-print or did Acura change their mind? |

I get the impression that the body-colored handles come with the touring package. Maybe most of the '04 pictures are of the base model?

From the website, body-colored door handles appear as a "standard feature" for both Standard and Touring models... and, an easy way to tell the Touring package in pictures is the roof rack (Standard model doesn't come with it).

| Just saw the 04 MDX commercial. It doesn't look like a color-match door handle. |

| I guess the pictures here put this little rumor to rest. Door handles are still chrome on the '04. |
