| I tried convincing my 16yr. old cousin to take a look at it but he said its ugly. I am neutral to how its looks. So far I haven't found anybody that loves the looks, I think it may be popular for a first car or perhaps in California where it was launched. |

1st car is right. I don't think its that bad at all. I don't think the sedan looks much worse than the Matrix and that is very popular.
They seem to be marketing these better than the Honda Element.
And offering more choices. That's one thing Toyota always does better. |

......but the grand prize for the UGLIEST CAR ON EARTH has to go to the new Lexus ES300/ES330........it looks like a POTBELLIED BALD OLD MAN WITH NO TEETH, SEEDY EYES, AND A STUPID GRIN :16: .......and it SCREAMS: "look at me, I'm a car for reallly old people who like boats" :rolleyes: ........LEXUS (and it's passionate pursuit of perfection :rolleyes: ) IS DEFINITELY GOING DOWNHILL.....while Acura is getting better by the minute.......Just look at the new 2004 TL!!! Is that a car TO DIE FOR or what? :eek: :eek: .....Bluetooth, the best NAV in the world, and almost every imaginable luxury feature in a 270bhp package all for around 35K, WOW!! :29: ........and I would KILL for the styling of the new TL!! | One of my coworkers here bought the Scion van. Its actually cute and nice. Very boxy but looks very good in person. Its seems to have very low ground clearance too. |

I saw one the other day at Costco. Looks very much like the Fiat Doblo. These are more for Europe's narrow small streets. And they have to be efficient too, a liter of gas there cost more than what we pay for a gallon here.... |
