You are toast, dude. I had to double check and make sure I clicked on the correct favorite place. I thought I was on a BMW board.
First of all, I am not a big fan of the Z4. I don't like Bangle as a designer. I love my 330i 5-spd and have ZERO complaints. I am assertive with my 3er, but you seem to have much more of a thirst for speed on public roads. You ought to be on the track. You see, if you drive the way you do on a track, you won't find those potholes and you therefore won't be clanking the hell out of your car. The worst thing you might do is mess up your tranny, engine (red line) or take a wall. It sounds like what has happened to you is part your fault and part the fault of the state for not keeping up with a pothole. In any event it isn't BMWs fault, but it almost seems like you acted that it was. You can complain all you want. I will guarantee you this, though, if you stop making payments, you will be in breach of contract and your car will be repo'd. Then it will be auctioned off and you will have a balance owing. If you fail to pay that, you will have a judgment rendered against you and if you fail to discharge the judgment, you can expect garnishment after that.
I understand you are upset. If you really don't like what BMW is all about in terms of their cars or service, just fix the thing as best as you can and sell the car. Yes, you are going to take a hit, but do you really expect someone else to pay for this? Sell your bimmer and don't look back. |

Look I know you are seriously pissed, but to register on a board like this just to get this off your chest is kind of week. here's the kicker, though. You posted this same garbage over on an Acura MDX board. That is weak. I came over here to see if you posted it where it belongs. You did. Fine, but why the hell did you have to post this over on an Acura board? Why do I get the feeling that you are posting this on ever BBS involving cars on the net. Like I said over at the Acura board. It isn't BMW's fault. Fix your car and sell it, then be happy in your Oddissey.

Consider that this guy might be impersonating somebody that he doesn't like, publishing their address and contact info so they'll get hate mail or whatever. I had a spam like that once that was using techniques to try to discredit some website the guy apparently felt had done something wrong to him. (Such as, come to our website for great drug deals, porn, etc., etc.)
Or maybe he is who he appears to be. |
