Mine was 41,500, I believe, but included the BSMs and Running Boards, so that probably comes to what you are paying without those options. My dealer also ultimately threw in the tonneau cover, separation net, cargo mat, all season mats, extra ignition key (for the remote starter). He also has agreed to drop of a current year Acura loaner and pick up my car at my home or work whenever I need service during the warranty period (which will be for the entire lease).
