I know most of us here have to have the latest and greatest and love gadgets and such. I thought it would be cool to see what kind of cool and interesting gifts people have been eyeing that possibly could give an idea to other members.

Here is one

Hi Hockeyplayer:

___There is a real neat kids stocking stuffer available from your local Radio Shack … How about (2) Motorola T5320’s (non-encrypted) walkie talkies for $2.99 after rebate? I don’t think it would be a big deal if someone snooping the air waves were to pick up your kids overall war strategy while playing Army man in the back yard but I guess it depends on how serious they play army man ;)

___Good Luck

Too bad this thread didn't take off. I could use some good ideas right now!

I expect the Leapster is going to be a big hit around here.

Talking bout leapster. My wifes news showed a spot for leapfrog and this is what they sent her as a thankyou. My Gaby is going to have a great Christmas.

But some items from our Xmas list, including in-laws (we usually have to help them shop for each other):

DVD +/- R/RW drive

For the lady of the house, these sleep-T's (along with their robes) are always popular:

Game Boy Advance SP

Home Theater In a Box if one doesn't want to buy components

Not on my list, but if anyone has someone who wants a photo printer, this one (being discontinued in favor of a newer model) is about 50% off:

Excellent printer and will go up to 13"x19".
