I'm an active member of your sister site, honda-pilot.org. I have made a few protection type of accessories for the Pilot. I've had some request to expand and make similar items for the MDX. So, I wanted to know if members here were interested and if so, what would you like. Here's a few pictures of items I have made for the Pilot. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
This picture shows foam pads for the center console. Some pads are adhesive backed, some are not. The pad over the sliding lid does not interfere with the opening and closing of the lid.

I made a set of pads for the door cupholders and bins and third row cupholders and bins. Picture shows the third row right side cupholder and bin.

I make a dead pedal cover.

I protected the fog lights with a 14 mil clear polyurethane tape. This is the same material used for the clear bra/clear mask.

I got the Stongard kit for all 4 lights a year ago. I highly recommend it. The added protection is well worth it. It was about $65. I believe it is thicker than the 14 mil tape, certainly thicker than anything you would want to apply to the paint.
There are pads in and around the console area of the MDX. Probably thin rubber compared to the thicker foam you are offering.

I would like to cover all the sides of the space under the stock audio system with the grippy rubber. The stuff that they sell in little squares at the auto parts store -- usually "grabbing" a cell phone. It has a tackiness to it. I figure that if I could get all the surfaces (top bottom back and both sides) fitted with correctly cut pieces then I would not experience the empty CD boxes, tape boxes, spare sunglass cases, et cetera spilling out on the off-ramp...

I would pay a fair price...

Any intrest???

The foam I use is a textured neoprene sponge. It is the same material used under mouse pads. It would definitely prevent items from slipping and sliding around. If there is enough interest, I will make some.

I'd be interested. That dead pedal pad is just what I am looking for.

Does it come in other colors? I've got the saddle interior.
