I am considering getting Garage Tek for my garage. For those who don't know the company comes in and covers your walls with plastic panels that accomodate all kinds of cabinets, shelving baskets, etc... (See www.garagetek.com) You can get it through Home Depot Expo. It looks really nice, but is very expensive (average installation runs over $5K). I wanted to know if anyone has actually bought this stuff and know how it works in the real world.
Whirlpool owns a company that has a similar product - Gladiator Garage Works. (See www.gladiatorgw.com) Lowe's sells this system. I think this stuff is even more expensive because most of their cabinets are on wheels so you can move them around easily. Anyone install this stuff? |
