If you are into 'dubs' sure get larger ones, but a wider wheel the same diameter will allow a better handling lower profile tire within the same overall diameter. With less prowess in the snow perhaps.
I don't see that the ebay wheels looks much different than the 'base' rims on the 03 MDX. Of course they are wider, but I agree you could do better in style.

I don't think it will fit.
The lugs are 5 x 114.3
I believe our mdx are 5 x 115
And i don't see the point of upgrading ur wheel to the same size. |
