I have an 03 MDX and the Helms site wasn't listing the repair manual for a few days or weeks. In that time frame I found one on ebay that covered 03 & 04 so I have a good idea what is different between the two years as well.

so what is the specified torque for the valve stem nut? I can't seem to find this info anywhere.....
