| If you could own any SUV, without regard to cost, what would it be? |

| I like the Cayenne for the "coolness" factor and the fact that you do not see many around but........come on.........Sittin' in a plush Lexus 470 lookin' down at traffic got my vote.:yummy: |

| From your list the Cayenne but you didn't mention the XC90. That would be my choice - fully loaded with the third row and with the maximum extended warranty available to cover repair costs! |

Had 14 high enders on my list, but, the poll only allows 10. Maybe we should run a 2nd poll with the missing ones on it?
I agree on the LX 470, it was my first choice when I researched my next new SUV in early '02. Lexus wouldn't allow it to be towed and I really pushed them for an OK to do so. My MDX has been great, but, it's not a Lexus. To be honest it doesn't cost $70k either. |

Which Hummer? The original, which is the ultimate commuting vehicle (nobody's gonna stay in your lane ahead of you!), or that girly Hummer II? I say "girly" 'cause by my unofficial poll, I've only seen less than 10% of them driven by males.
(But I chose the MDX; I didn't get it for "luxury," but for its practicality, reasonable size, reasonable cost, ride, and handling.) |

Hi All:
___Which SUV at any cost? The perfect SUV would be the current MDX and its underpinnings w/ the upcoming Honda Accord Hybrid’s 6 cylinder engine including VCM, Toyota’s HSD including the large pack and dual M/G sets from the RX400H, the current RX’s interior, body panel thickness, audio setup, quality of workmanship, maybe the X5’s brakes and VSA, VSC, or whatever its called, and finally, the Yukon XL’s third row seating leg room to round out the package … Oh, and the cost has to be < $40,000 in a base trim, < $43,000 in a Touring, and < $44,500 in a Touring w/ RES setup ;)
___In a nutshell, a great 4WD SUV with SULEV/PZEV-AT emissions that has an EPA estimated 32 mpg city/42 mpg hwy.
___So far, none of the above meet the requirements and they probably never will …
___Good Luck

| Great SUV!! What I wanted to buy....but some of my relatives already have it and I want to be different. So I opted for the "other" japanese luxury SUV. Since then I haven't regretted it. |

I'll take 1 Turbo Cayenne for fun,
and 1 Black 04' MDX + Nav/Touring/res for family.
There is always one car that u dream of, and one car that you really need.

| ... seating for 7 is a requirement (and will be for a few more years). I still see the MDX as the top choice in a seven seater:1: But if it was just the wife and I ... |

I was unable to drive one, hit my head on the upper part of the door the two times I ever tried to even sit in one:rolleyes: First and only vehicle designed so that getting into and out of it is a hassle:eek: |
