This may have been asked before, I apologize for asking again...
I checked the price for the DVD Navi update at Acura's site, it comes up to $200 with shipping. This seems too steep for an update to something you already paid for. How is this price justified? Is there any place besides Acura to get the DVD update at a cheaper price?
They should really cover the navi software updates under the warranty. |

That's all that's out there to the best of my knowledge.
It seems to me that Alpine is taking a strong hold with the license rights to that software. Don't know if any of it is within Acura's power, however I would tend to doubt it....if it was, I'd be able to order them through normal channels. |

Tim - So you're saying you can't do anything here? |

| Can a DVD from another brand navi be used in MDX? Just a thought, it could be cheaper to get the update from elsewhere but Acura. |
