Hello,
My dealer has asked me to get my MDX oil change for 20,500 Miles.
I looked at manuals and it says 22,500 Miles.
Please let me know if its necessary to get 20,500 Miles oil change, is it factory recommended ?

As long as you're following the recommendations in the manual you are O.K. Perhaps the dealer wants to change your oil as a convenience if your X is there for other service but close to the 22,500 mile point. If you are driving in "harsh" conditions or doing a lot of towing, it may not be a bad idea to change your oil a bit more often. It is relatively cheap insurance.
