The rear at least can probably be switched out with the shiny '03 - the body shop has the parts. The '03 grill may not fit the '04??
However I personally prefer the satin look. |

You may wish to check in your local Yellow pages for the people that do the plating for the car dealers. I have seen them at various dealers over the years do do the "gold" touches, but I understand they can do "chrome" and other finishes.
