| Because of extremely high damage rates on our Formfit deflectors occuring in transit, we've decided to suspend sale of them indefinitely until we can attempt to come up with alternative packaging. Our boxes had held up well up until now, allowing the product to shift during transit, but as of now they're getting a high incidence of damage during the past month or so. |

Tim, mine arrived in great condition, but I have a related question: has anyone commented that the Formfit contacts and rubs on the bottom of the reflector, on either upper side of the X's grill area? I'm thinking I could use a couple more of the anti-abrasion strips included to add to those 2 areas.
I'd include pics, but I'm at work.......... sssshhhhhhhh.......;) |

Hi Tim.
I am trying to order a form fit deflector for my 2004 MDX.
So when can I order it?
I got some accessories from you in the past, but I do not have any problems. I am still waiting my last order (Honda Accord Nose Mask & Trunk Net)
Please let me know ASAP.
thank you Tim |

| Our damaged packages were inspected today by the terminal manager. It seems that the problem might have to do with their loading procedures. More to come. |

Could you please send me a couple of those strips? I think the formfit may start to wear away at the paint.... Thanks! |

Email me with your address.
The FormFit deflectors will be coming back later today as time permits. From this point they will be packaged and drop shipped direct from my supplier :) |

I just noticed yesterday that mine actually knocked a dent or chip on either side of the upper grill area from hitting it when it's closed ... which is what prompted me to search on it. I don't think a million of those pads would make a difference. You really can't see it when the hood is closed so I can live with it. I may just dremmel out a couple spots on the deflector to keep it from getting worse, then just smooth out the corners on the grill and repaint them.
 |
