| Finallly got around to installing the Sirius system and my only regret is waiting so long to do it. There is 100 station without any commercials. Only 25 of them are appealing to me but that is more then enough. I Was listening to George Carlin earlier on the comedy stream. There seems to be lots of bass coming through on some of the music streams but doesn't bother me at all. If I had the blitzsafe adaptor I would have defineatly used it but I did the installation unprepared and instead used a Sheilded FM Modulator with noise reduction. Maybe a professional musician could tell the difference but the sound quality between my FM Modulator and a CD is unnoticeable to me. I leave the unit on all the time because the large blue LCD display is appealing and when I want to switch from cd or fm to the satelite there is a tiny switch by my knee. The additional display cleanly fills the empty space between the bottom of the radio and the center console area. The received is centered in front of the moonroof without any wires showing. I'll post pics soon along with my new wheels. |

Hey Manus, why dont you get on the Acura staff and help them to redesign the MDX with your specs. it appears as though you may have the handle on engine mods, audio mods, and the rest. If you need a reference, let me know.

Thanks. The mdx is great how it is because there is plenty left to the imagination. A turbo would be a nice aftermarket add on if you want to email comptech also. |

I was referring to the AUX input in the third row armrest. There are RCA inputs there. That should work with the satellite radio, right?
